We look forward to
celebrating the Sacrament of the Eucharist for the first time with your
child on Friday August 7th 2020 at 12 noon in St. Patrick’s Church,
Portlaw.
On the day, the ceremony will be led
entirely by myself with the assistance of your child’s teachers and
Principal. All we ask is that when you arrive at the Church please
follow the directions of the stewards, use the hand sanitation provided
and maintain the appropriate etiquette around coughing and sneezing.
Please
keep the numbers attending to a minimum. Yourselves, your child and
other siblings is all that should attend. The wearing of face masks is
recommended especially by adults.
Regards,
Fr.Richard O'Halloran

Prayer After Communion
Lord Jesus, I love and adore you.
You’re a special friend to me.
Welcome, Lord Jesus, O welcome.
Thank you for coming to me.
Thank you, Lord Jesus, O thank you
For giving yourself to me.
Make me strong to show your love
Wherever I may be.
Be near me, Lord Jesus, I ask you to stay
Close by me forever and love me, I pray.
Bless all of us children in your loving care
And bring us to heaven to live with you there.
I’m ready now, Lord Jesus,
To show how much I care.
I’m ready now to give your love
At home and everywhere.
