More Success for Portlaw NS

Well done to our girls and boys teams at this years Willie Moran tournament. Both teams reached the final where the boys won the plate and the girls lost on penalties.
Serious football ability on show. Well done to all involved.

Curraghmore Cycle

Dear Parents/Guardians,

As part of Get Active week we are cycling to Curraghmore house tomorrow (Thursday) @11.15 am.

Due to Health and Safety concerns no child with stabilizers on their bike can participate.

Additionally, any child from Junior Infants to 2nd class who wishes to attend must be accompanied by an adult.

Teachers will cycle with the older classes and your co-operation is appreciated.

Book Leasing Stock Take

Dear Parents,

The school is organising the book leasing scheme for September 2018. Step 1 is to do a 'stock take' of the quantity and quality of books we already have.

Sinead and Margaret will be doing the audit from 3pm next Tuesday 19th. We are looking for volunteers to come in and help them. If you're free (even for an hour or so) can you email
